This is one of the worst things about it, it can strike anybody irrespective of age, gender, and race. This just shows how crucial it is to be prepared once it strikes. You have to know what to do on the beginning of the discomfort and the way to manage it as it is going on. Especially to older individuals, they must give more importance to this.
